Jason Lipof
Trainer, Chef…future Doctor

Jason is Art of Strength’s resident chef and a self-proclaimed foodie. Growing up with both Italian and Jewish influences, Jason has become adept at preparing authentic dishes from different cultures and regions. Each dish he creates is prepared by eye and taste; measurements are recorded after the dish has been perfected. He draws inspiration from fresh seasonal produce, family favorites, and from those he cooks for. His favorite dishes to prepare are grilled pizzas, soups, and creative salads. Jason strives to provide delicious, health-conscious, and seasonally inspired recipes for the Art of Strength Community.

Jason has taken culinary classes at Johnson and Wales University, been an amateur chef for ten years, and enjoys grilling and preparing old-world dishes with new-school twists.  He has even worked as an Art of Strength trainer.

He graduated from Northeastern University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.  Jason is currently pursuing his M.D. degree at The George Washington University School of Medicine and hopes to become an Orthopedic Surgeon
