		David, a long time client of Anthony’s, began his Road to Recovery shortly after undergoing quadruple bi-pass surgery nearly a year ago.  Having trained with Anthony for almost 10 years, he and his doctors credit his training with not only his speedy recovery but the reason his condition hadn’t damaged his heart.
