Another great idea. Take your workout outside. Now I don't have to worry about dropping a kettlebell in the living room and I can work out with more intensity. Anthony continues to make working out challenging and fun!

I love this idea.
But why not sell it in downloadable DVD form? I get a discount and easy reference while on the road and you guys get sales without having stock on hand.

Great idea to have an MP3. Now I can workout in my garage instead of standing in front of my TV.
Please, please, please make MP3 for your other DVDs (Newport and Firepower).

After editing the DVD version of Providence for weeks, I had studied every frame of every drill countless times. The idea for an MP3 version of Providence was more selfish than anything else. I wanted an MP3 version I could take outside... away from all TVs, computer monitors, etc.
