Made in the USA and designed by Anthony Diluglio himself, the Art of Strength Re-loadable Kettlebell is a handcrafted, hollow steel, powder coated, work of near perfection.  Every effort went into designing the most comfortable kettlebell on the market today.  Countless prototypes were scrapped during research and development just to get us the design that we have today…and this design still had to withstand months of in house “testing” as we, and our clients, made sure it could stand up to even the toughest Punch workouts. 
Re-loadable with numerous materials, we’ve found the most practical to be either sand or lead/steel shot, simply for their ease of loading and unloading. 
Having the kettlebell loadable has many advantages, one of which is it allows you to progress through various stages of weight without having to purchase more kettlebells, just simply add more sand or shot. Another great advantage to using a re-loadable bell is that free moving shot or sand shifts the center of gravity through the routines movement thus allowing the user to feel when the movement is being done properly. If the movement is done incorrectly the shot will shift, telling the user that their form has come off its natural plane of movement.  In this application it becomes a corrective kettlebell, assisting you with form refinement.

Weighing in at just 8.8 pounds (empty) and roughly the same size as one of our 24kg Perform Better kettlebells it makes a perfect companion for travel, simply pack it in your suitcase and go.  No more having to give up your kettlebell workouts while on vacation.  And for those of you worried about getting stopped at airport security; having accompanied us on many trips over the past couple of months we can tell you that the kettlebells make it through security baggage check relatively hassle free if not for a few odd stares by the xray techs.
Fully loaded with shot (depending on which you choose, either lead or steel) the kettlebell will range between 45-60lbs respectively.  (both steel and lead shot can be found at many sporting goods stores or anywhere hunting and shooting supplies are sold)
If you’re looking to use sand, fully loaded the bell will weigh anywhere between 20-25lbs.
