bought this title from dragondoor, went back to get newport and they no longer carry the series. behold my surprise when i stumbled upon here. a challenging workout, easy to follow hard to do. if it gets easy just go up in weight.

I love this workout, I have had a layover from KB's and started back with my 25 lbs. I was a pool of sweat by the time it was over lol. But I had really no soreness the next day, that paid for the DVD right there. Sarah will always have a warm place in my heart but this DVD is an outstanding workout.

AOS was my first exposure to this new innovative approach to fitness. I watched an AOS video linked to my favorite triathlete blogger's site, www.thruth3wall.com. From that day forward I was committed to reading the articles and finding my own way in fitness. Anthony, thanks for putting together a no-nonsense workout with some classic and innovative moves, an original soundtrack, and great enthusiasm and knowledge.

Cost is a drawback, but be honest with yourself, this is a great American producing a great product. Quality costs money.

Providence is nice because you can heavy up (unlike a lot of other kb DVD's that go too quickly for it) and get a lot of strength building. You can start your kb practice with Providence, but it will carry you for as long as you want -- just use heavier bells. Anthony is serious and tough but he gives encouragement too. You can choose to take the rests or FF through them. I have at least 10 kb DVD's and this is my favorite.

The price is obviously a drawback. But if you like kb's, you'll like this.
