Minute of Strength #163: Corrective Strategies

Another amazing story from Punch Gym. 

Today we take a look at one of Colin’s clients who has made great gains in health after only a few sessions of training with corrective strategies.  His client, Peter, having gone through bypass surgery and a recent diagnosis of diabetes came to Punch for a training regimen and lifestyle change to drop weight and gain strength and a better range of motion in a previously injured shoulder.
