Strength in Motion.  The title alone leaves nothing to the imagination.  At first glance you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into.  For many, this workout has become a staple of their training regimen and when introduced as a class in our Punch Gyms quickly became a member favorite.  Strength in Motion is a 6 month training program, meant to supplement you existing program, designed specifically to increase both your strength and stamina and bring your conditioning to levels you never thought possible.  Take a look as Anthony answers a few questions that have come up over the past couple of weeks.  When you’re done viewing we’ve included a round from one of the days.  Enjoy and let us know what you think…
