We’re taking a break from the minute of strength workouts this week to discuss a topic that’s been getting some much needed national attention. Childhood obesity, as most of you know, has been an epidemic we have fought for the past few years. |
Here is Part 4 and the final stone in our “Laying the Bedrock” workout. By the end of this workout you’ll have a pretty strong base of strength from which to train from. |
