As a follow up to what we started last week I’ve got Part 2 of “Laying the Bedrock”. This week’s “stone” is any variation of the dip. |
I call this “Laying the Bedrock” and it’s a simple concept really, revolving around the idea of “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. What it takes is simple routines that are good by themselves but put together are great and form a solid base from which to launch from.
