    The kettlebell windmill is another very impressive looking drill.  It shows great flexibility and requires concentration and stability.  It is great for building shoulder stability, but it should not be mistaken for a shoulder exercise.  This week, Anthony explains the finer points of the kettlebell windmill.

    Announcing the AOS RSS feed (...huh?)
