In this installment of the Road to Recovery, Anthony delves deeper into Corrective Strategies to create a workout that not only strengthens his back but also addresses a problem that has arisen directly related to the back surgery, that of soreness and weakness in his hip. Anthony addresses those limitations by using a mix of Punch Kettlebells, Bandit’s Loop and Barbell exercises.
For this workout, run through each routine consecutively and repeat the entire round 3-5x. With 30-60 seconds between routines and no more than 2 minutes between rounds. Be safe and enjoy the workout.
