Video of the week: the iron cross

 

Most kettlebell drills are optimally performed by incorporating the concept of full body muscle constriction.  Unfortunately, that concept can be tough for newcomers to master after years of traditional "isolating" free weight drills.  Sink those shoulder blades into your constricted lats and the iron cross will automatically require you to maintain a tight torso.
