The Punch Matrix.  Designed originally to help Anthony gain his range of movement back after surgery, this simple routine only requires a few kettlebells and is one of the best exercises you can do for increased flexibility and developing a true strength throughout your body.  Check out the video below to see how it’s done.  Then watch as Anthony explains a non-kettlebell version.
