Vintage Providence.  In 2005 when we released Providence we had no idea it would become the blockbuster that it has.  Not only is it the number 1 kettlebell DVD on the market but it's become the gold standard for beginners getting into kettlebell training.  So it was only appropriate that we start there with our introduction of Vintage Training to the masses.  Taking a cue from the strongmen of yesteryear, we're infusing the workouts of today with the lifts performed more than a century ago. And for the first time, we're introducing this full 60 minute work-along as a downloadable on-demand workout including files for your computer, I-Phone, I-Pod and Blackberry - allowing you to workout wherever you want, whenever you want.
