To keep things going with Ropes Gone Wild, your workout for the week consists of mixing Providence with some Rope Work.  Here, Staci joins Anthony in demonstrating how to integrate either Ropes Gone Wild or the Outlaw 120 Jump Rope as an active rest between rounds.
