A few weeks ago we talked about our Stop the Obesity an effort to end childhood obesity. Today we're releasing the first workout to go with that campaign. It's a 4 week progression of exercises designed to get kids moving and in shape with some very basic movement patterns. Take a look at the video below as well as the breakdown of exercises.

Week 1 Ropes Gone Wild - Tabata 20 sec. on/10 sec. off Plank 30 sec. Repeat 4-8x
Week 2 Rope Gone Wild - Tabata 15 sec. on/15 sec. off Super Plank 5-10 reps Repeat 4-8x
Week 3 Ropes Gone Wild - 30 sec. Super Plank w/ Push-up 5-10 reps Repeat 4-8x
Week 4 Ropes Gone Wild - 1 minute Squat Thrust 5-10 reps Push-up 5-10 reps Repeat 4-8x
