Four courses in one:
Vintage Progression:
Art of Strength has delved deep into history to uncover the long lost workouts of which Vintage Progression is based upon. We will take you back to the original philosophies of movement that were the catalyst to developing true authentic strength, prior to modern day bodybuilding and the current craze of quick-fix machines that now flood the industry. You will learn a wide variety of exercises and movements and their origin to better understand how they should be performed and what muscle groups are targeted in the process. This will lead to more effective (and safer) training, and expand your toolbox of knowledge from which to train.
Undulation Training System (UTS):
The UTS and ETS systems have been staples among NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA teams as well as MLB, and the PBR. The results are simply undeniable. “Ropes Gone Wild” (UTS), has experienced skyrocketing success, named the “2009 New Cardio Tool of the Year” by Men’s Fitness magazine and frequently used by contestants on NBC’s hit show “Biggest Loser.”
Corrective Strategies:
The body is like water. It will naturally seek a path of least resistance. Whether your clients have been instructed incorrectly, or are experiencing muscle memory relapses because of unfocused repetitions, it’s important to recognize the bad form and improper movements that can creep into workouts. This course will show fitness professionals what to look for and provide them with an arsenal of corrective strategies that will safely produce maximum results.
Elevation Training System (ETS):
The “Bandit’s Loops” (ETS) are the most durable and versatile elevation training tool on the market. Whether it’s for general conditioning, rehabilitation or injury prevention, people of all ages and abilities are seeing the direct benefits of the implementation of these systems and you will experience them first hand.
