“After spending several months training with the Providence DVD, we decided to take the challenge of the Newport workout ....WOW! The Newport really works cardio vascular fitness as well as your muscles. This workout is much more demanding than the Providence DVD. Now we enjoy combining the two workouts to add variety to our weekly exercise schedule."

Keep paramedics standing by the first time you do Newport; this is an extremely challenging routine. I really like the ab routines at the end of each round as well as the extended rounds. This routine will definitely put your strength and endurance to the test; mixing Newport in with Providence throughout my weekly workouts has been great...Thanks for another great DVD Anthony

This is a great KB DVD with a nice assortment of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. Certainly not for a beginner, but don't let that discourage you. Instead, keep Newport in mind as a goal to reach once you have gotten acquianted with Providence. The bloopers at the end are great ("holy moly").
