“After spending several months training with the Providence DVD, we decided to take the challenge of the Newport workout ....WOW! The Newport really works cardio vascular fitness as well as your muscles. This workout is much more demanding than the Providence DVD. Now we enjoy combining the two workouts to add variety to our weekly exercise schedule."

I just received my Newport DVD in the mail, and I put it straight into the DVD player. Wow! Very challenging, and some very innovative techniques. I feel like I've just gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. Can't wait to do it again. Great workout. Thanks Anthony.
 Thanks again Anthony!, 3/24/2009

AOS was my first exposure to this new innovative approach to fitness. I watched an AOS video linked to my favorite triathlete blogger's site, www.thruth3wall.com. From that day forward I was committed to reading the articles and finding my own way in fitness. Anthony, thanks for putting together a no-nonsense workout with some classic and innovative moves, an original soundtrack, and great enthusiasm and knowledge.

Cost is a drawback, but be honest with yourself, this is a great American producing a great product. Quality costs money.

Keep paramedics standing by the first time you do Newport; this is an extremely challenging routine. I really like the ab routines at the end of each round as well as the extended rounds. This routine will definitely put your strength and endurance to the test; mixing Newport in with Providence throughout my weekly workouts has been great...Thanks for another great DVD Anthony

I found myself asking for help in the middle of the session. Very creative and challenging, it must be a goal for any1 who wants master kettlebells.
