This workbook is divided into 2 main sections: the Program Minimum and the Rite of Passage Each of these is broken down into weekly progressions with a specific checklist of drills for each day. The week starts with a preview and then the follow-along program itself. You should strive to complete the program in its entirety. If you do not complete a week appropriately, simply repeat that week before moving on.

Just a quick note to say that you have drafted an excellent e-book for kettlebell beginners. I became aware of kettlebells a while ago and became convinced that RKC is a superior training method. The hard part was getting started-- your e-book provides structure that Pavel's materials lacks. This is not a criticism of Pavel because his materials are great. Rather, it is a testament to your skill as a trainer and writer that you have created a product that adds significant value to kettlebell training.

If you're starting out and don't have a clue where to begin, you need the AOS ETK Workbook. If you are an avid kettlebell enthusiast or even an experienced one but are tired of thinking (or overthinking) your programs, the ETK Workbook is for you. I loved having everything laid out for me for 12 weeks. And the progress I did was amazing. Plus the AOS staff is awesome, friendly and have great customer service. You can't go wrong.

When I do the workout I hate it with every cell of my body, my muscles scream in agony and my heart keeps pumping faster and faster. But when I´mdone I absolutely LOVE it. This id one of the absolute BEST workoutbooks that I have come across. It´s well thought through and very clearly written. My endurance and fitness hav increased much and I´m still just in the program minimum phase. Ican´t wait until I´m finished with the whole program!! GREAT WORK ANTHONY!!! I BOW MY HEAD IN RESPECT TO YOU KNOWLEDGE AND THANKS AGAIN FOR THIS GREAT WORKBOOK!!!

I've got to thank you, Anhony and team, for a great Workshop, I'll be back for more! The ETK workbook has simplified my life and is making me stronger faster than any bodybuilder program ever has. My shoulders are better than they have ever been in 15-20 years. They are tired alot but never sore in the joint! Oh and a quick plug about the Minute of Strength; Best newsletter by far (I get many). I began with KB's only 4 months ago and the MOS is where I got my start - and a safe healthy start at that. MOS is one of the best values I found related to exercise on the net. Short, Sweet and Very Effective!
By the way as a trainer, KBs are awesome, my clients love the feeling of a real workout and KB's deliver an incredible workout - Thanks to your help I have started KB classes (demanded by the clients) and should be doing 4-5 by mid-June. My clients indirectly love the guidance you have given. Thanks!
 Program Minimum ROCKS- TGU PR in 4 weeks!, 2/2/2007

Hi Anthony,
I bought the AOS ETK book back in December 2006, started the program minimum in early Jan 07, and just completed week 4. During my TGU's last Tuesday, I got a new PR doing 1L, 1R TGU with the 88# for the first time ever, then on Thursday, I got 3L, 2R in 5 minutes with the 88#. Prior to the AOS ETK, I could do 70# TGUs no problem, but the 88 always pinned me to the deck.

Your program minimum ROCKS! I went in thinking, "I can do TONS of swings with the 70# (which I can), but mixing with jumping jacks, mountain climbers, etc, REALLY takes the wind out in a hurry!

Looking forward now to the ROP!
