Strength in Motion Workbook

Strength in Motion Training Manual

This book is the much anticipated and requested follow up to Enter the Kettlebell Workbook.  Strength in Motion represents just one of the many kettlebell based routines Anthony DiLuglio as perfected in his quest at making kettlebell training the tool of choice in the American fitness culture.
Strength in Motion is a 6 month training program broken down month by month with 4 training days per week.  We encourage you to supplement this workout with other routines, such as any that Art of Strength offers on our website.  You do not have to follow this workout for 6 months straight.  We encourage you to take time off from it, supplementing as mentioned above, so as not to plateau.
Strength is motion is geared towards metabolic (cardio) fitness with different strength routines before each round.  This book is meant to accompany you during your workout, allowing you to plot your progress through the entirety of the program.

This entire 6 month training manual is only $29.95

Enter the Kettlebell... the Workbook

If you own Pavel Tsatsouline's popular kettlebell manifesto Enter the Kettlebell, you will love our "ETK" workbook.  It turns the ETK philosophy into a detailed 12 week follow-along training plan.  If you've had trouble creating your own ETK training program, this workbook is for you!  Download this 56 page eBook and start earning your "Rite of Passage" today!

Pavel specializes in teaching breakthrough fitness techniques to elite athletes and people who are naturally motivated. DiLuglio specializes in providing motivating programs based on Pavel’s principles to get ordinary people started and keep them going. Anthony’s typical client needs more structure and “follow-along” simplicity than provided in Enter the Kettlebell itself.

This workbook is divided into 2 main sections: the Program Minimum and the Rite of Passage Each of these is broken down into weekly progressions with a specific checklist of drills for each day. The week starts with a preview and then the follow-along program itself. You should strive to complete the program in its entirety. If you do not complete a week appropriately, simply repeat that week before moving on.

I have trained for years with the usual stuff and am a keen judo/bjjer.Ihad a grading where i had to fight 3 people(all 20 odd years younger than me)and i was gassed. After i did the aos workbook, i never missed a day and then had to fight 7 people at a grading just at the end of week 12.I was flying!i would NEVER have believed that your fitness at 40 years old could go through the roof so quickly.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.All the guys at my judo club are kbing now and want the aos book.
Strength in Motion - The Workbook, 3/4/2009

This book is just plain awesome! It surpasses pretty much anything else on the market...even your previous "ETK - The Workbook". I'm in the process of making the shift from "hard style" to "girevoy sport" and this program is the perfect tool. Thanks...and I look forward to your future products.
 Fantastic E-Book, 4/8/2008

Just a quick note to say that you have drafted an excellent e-book for kettlebell beginners. I became aware of kettlebells a while ago and became convinced that RKC is a superior training method. The hard part was getting started-- your e-book provides structure that Pavel's materials lacks. This is not a criticism of Pavel because his materials are great. Rather, it is a testament to your skill as a trainer and writer that you have created a product that adds significant value to kettlebell training.

Thank you.

If you're starting out and don't have a clue where to begin, you need the AOS ETK Workbook. If you are an avid kettlebell enthusiast or even an experienced one but are tired of thinking (or overthinking) your programs, the ETK Workbook is for you. I loved having everything laid out for me for 12 weeks. And the progress I did was amazing. Plus the AOS staff is awesome, friendly and have great customer service. You can't go wrong.
