What size are the the small ropes for swings, pull-ups and stuff? Do you sell the smaller sizes too? Your mind must be clear that you can figure out yet another way to torture athletes and wanna bee's as well! Hopefully I will have a great sucess story for you soon! You ARE the man!

Rope training is quite different. In your story about the Tenn. Titans, it seems rope training in the video demonstrates that it would be great for rehabilitating an injured knee or ankle. Imagine on a slightly unstable surface or a staggered/uneven stance!! Thanks for the video Anthony
