The one disappointment with these downloads, (I bought the bundle), is that it DOESN'T include the Abs segment for each round. I thought that I was buying an audio version of what's on the DVD but apparently not. I wouldn't mind so much if it was advertised as such, but it wasn't. Just be aware of that when you're buying this.
