As many of you know we’ve been working with the Tennessee Titans for the past year or so and it was with great honor that we traveled to Nashville this past week to be guests at their training camp.
We spent the first of 3 days working with strength coaches Steve Watterson and Jason Novack as well defense coach Matt Burke. Although all three are well versed in kettlebell training, their ultimate goal is to become AOS certified so we took as much time as needed to perfect their form and technique. Day 2 of the training brought us to the actual athletes, working with them in small groups throughout the day, putting them through 1 hour workouts, much like we do here in Providence with our members. The third day had us working with the entire team as a whole. We put them through what must have been the largest circuit known to man. Nine station with a total of 6 positions at each station. It was an incredible scene to watch.
Most impressive was not only the willingness of the players to work with us (as it was not mandatory) but the level of efficiency and dexterity that they showed with the kettlebells. Their level of experience was much higher than we had anticipated, Jason Novack, who’s spearheaded the effort to bring kettlebell training to the Titans, has really prepared his athletes well. It’s refreshing to see athletes and coaches at such a high level appreciate kettlebells for what we all know them to be, they are, without a doubt, the top tool for fitness available today and with more and more professional teams and VIP clients signing on with us it appears that this trend is not an anomaly but more the norm. Something we all can be proud of.

Last month brought us the second Kettlebell Essentials clinic of the year, and like the first it was a huge success. We saw people come in from all over the US to learn kettlebells the AOS way. The event was kicked off the night before with a meet and greet dinner at Cattails Restaurant followed by the all day Kettlebell Essentials class the following morning.
The participants learned kettlebell essentials directly from one of the masters, Anthony Diluglio. Because we limit each essentials class to 10 people, each participant gets one on one training directly from Anthony as well as assistance from one of several AOS certified trainers on hand for the day.
In addition to kettlebell essentials, the AOS team put the participants through one of Punch’s signature circuit classes, allowing them to experience first hand why Punch circuits are quickly becoming the gold standard in fitness.
Also introduced at this event for the first time was Anthony’s newest incarnation “Authentic Fitness” a concept we’ve been working on for quite a while and will be introducing to you all shortly.
The weekend was capped off with a breakfast meeting the following day for those in attendance who were interested in opening their own Punch Kettlebell Gym.
Below is just a sample of the day’s events. For more photos of the April 5th event click here.

Dedicated yourself to kettlebells? To a better lifestyle, a healthier lifestyle? Let everyone see just how serious you really are with the latest kettlebell necklace. Punch Gym is proud to announce the creation of The Art of Strength Kettlebell Pendant. Every effort was made to match the proportions, texture and weight ratio of an actual kettlebell. The pendant comes in 3 metals; bronze, silver, and gold as well as the new bronze with black anodized finish. Each metal, because of different metallic composition, has various weights. These weights are engraved on the front of each pendant just like an actual kettlebell. They come displayed on a 3.0 mm round neoprene neckcord with sterling silver findings in a beautiful display box.
In addition, each necklace comes with it’s own “promise card” to remind you of the commitment that you have made to yourself. The promise card reads:
“I wear this necklace as a reminder to myself and to others of the promise that I have made to be better. With this necklace I commit myself to the struggle of a better life for myself and as an example to the lives around me.”
Order your Art of Strength Pendant today and wear it daily as reminder of your commitment to health, strength and wellness!

Here's what some of our customers are saying:
"As a deployed soldier in Iraq, I have run the gamut of exercise programs. This may very well be the best! The workouts are brief, which is important when time is limited. They are intense. The exercises are adequately explained in the video portion. Yet another hit from Mr. DiLuglio."
Bobby Matthews (Camp Slayer , Iraq)
"I just finished my first work out with the new AOS Smokin Ladders and I have to say I'm "Smoked". Gee Whiz, it did not seem to be that hard at first glance, but I had to drop the weight to get through it (or should I say 1/2 of it). Another top notch work out and a great training concept. I can't wait to see what you've got up your sleeve to add to this in the future."
P. Gilliland (Columbus, United States)
"Anthony, You always deliver, I am always asking myself what should I try today, what are they doing at Punch, well this product helps answer my questions all I can say is keep them coming I love this stuff!"
Gary Gant (Victorville, California, United States)
