The latest AOSX downloadable video is here and it’s the next in installments from the “Ask Dr. Ron” series of workouts.  In this workout, Dr. Ron takes on shoulder dysfunction and its most common cause; upper cross syndrome.  What exactly is Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS)???  Basically it’s the muscular imbalance between the flexors and extensors of the upper torso caused by poor posture, over use, or injury.  If someone with UCS exercises, it will only exacerbate the faulty mechanics and excessive wear to the skeletal system, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
