Video of the week: extending ETK to reach the next level
One of the primary goals of the 12 week ETK program is to help you move comfortably to the next largest kettlebell. If you follow the program strictly, you may not be quite ready for that move, though... particularly if you are moving to a much larger size. This week, Anthony explains how to augment ETK slightly to reach that goal.

Bonus video: what the heck are halos, pumps, and mountain climbers?
For those of you just starting ETK, these three drills sound awfully mysterious. Once you see them performed, all will be clear!
