Video of the week: 1 leg clean & press... or stupid human trick?
Get outside and enjoy yourself! Put the strength, endurance, and conditioning you earned all winter to use. It’s time to reap the benefits. If you slacked off through the winter, still get outside and try something new to jumpstart your outlook.
Biking is sure to wake up the kid in you. If you haven’t biked in a while and are unsure of the road, hop on a bike path. It’s safe and fun. Most bike paths are scenic routes, so you get to enjoy more than just burning quads. Do a Google search on biking in your local area for clubs and locations.
Hiking is another awesome outdoor fitness adventure. Grab your trail shoes, lots of water, and start climbing. Most areas have a website or hiking club devoted to area hotspots. You Kentuckians might try typing something like “Louisville hiking” into Google, for instance, and see what pops up.
Here is a really cool tip: Many cities offer MP3 walking tours. What a great way to enjoy the city you live in or near (but know nothing about)! Checkout the link below and start walking: http://www.tourcaster.com/index.aspx
And hey… you can always take your training outdoors with our AOS: Providence MP3!
