Video of the week: 60 seconds to super burpee

 

 

We love burpees.  Do enough of them and they'll turn into barfees.  There are tons of variations, but here's one with a kettlebell pull from AOS: Firepower.  During a break in filming, Anthony quickly taught this drill to Pete Viera, a firefighter with the Providence Fire Department.  We're glad one of the cameras was still rolling, because this off-the-cuff 60 seconds will perfect anyone's technique.




Punch Worcester Grand Opening!
We're thrilled to announce a brand new location for Punch Kettlebell Gym!  Bonnie Lefrak and Doug Nix recently opened their doors in Worcester, MA. 

Bonnie is extremely qualified and currently presides as Director of Education for the National Personal Training Institute.  In addition to her many certifications, Bonnie is an avid natural bodybuilding competitor and a member of the INBF, USBF, and NGA Federations.
