Rod Strong:
Get your AOS Favorites on CD!
Rod Strong is a veteran Northeast hiphop artist. As an avid kettlebell fan, Strong has created all the beats that power your AOS DVDs and downloadable workouts.

We constantly get requests for the album featuring these beats. Strong agreed to create this limited edition soundtrack so you can experience his music in the car, at home, or while creating your own kettlebell workout at the gym!

This audio CD lists for $15, but can be purchased here for $10.95.

Video: Kids & kettlebells

Childhood obesity is a huge problem around the world. We've had great success introducing kettlebell training to high school students. Younger children, however, may not be ready for kettlebells. Here's a safe alternative for children of any age.

Rope training is a hit!
In the last MOS issue, we announced our new favorite fitness tool, ropes. Rope training is easy to master and offers a fantastic, full-body workout. Check out our online Ropes Gone Wild training videos to get started today.

We believe the benefits of rope training will make this style of fitness very popular. Until now, most people have regarded thick ropes as simply a grade school gym-class climbing test or a good way to pull an opposing tug-of-war team into the mud.

We've shared the basics of rope training with you in our online video library so that you can give it a shot for yourself. If you are really drawn to rope training, we recommend John Brookfield's Battling Ropes system to reach an even deeper level.

Battling Ropes is particularly useful for you personal trainers out there. It is the first and only rope training certification program. John & Head Coach Steve Mosely are actively seeking new coaches and certificants throughout the United States.

Visit Battling Ropes at www.powerropes.com for more information.

Video: Gray Cook's Functional Movement Screen

Here's another tip for you personal trainers and gym owners out there. Anthony has adopted Gray Cook's Functional Movement Screen as a repeatable way to evaluate client range of motion issues. The 21 point system helps identify deficiencies and offers corrective drills to get your clients on track quickly. Check out our intro video, and then visit Cook's site for more info at:
