Video of the week: 60 seconds to super burpee
We love burpees. Do enough of them and they'll turn into barfees. There are tons of variations, but here's one with a kettlebell pull from AOS: Firepower. During a break in filming, Anthony quickly taught this drill to Pete Viera, a firefighter with the Providence Fire Department. We're glad one of the cameras was still rolling, because this off-the-cuff 60 seconds will perfect anyone's technique.
