Who benefits from kettlebell training?
200 years ago, only circus strongmen and the earliest bodybuilders were slinging these gigantic balls of iron. Today, we've made kettlebell training accessible to women and men from all walks of life. Women, in particular, find kettlebell training to be quite empowering.
What should I do next?
First, don't go spending any money. The concepts we teach here at AOS work with well with many other fitness tools. You can even try some of it with a simple dumbbell. There are a ton of great kettlebell video clips and articles throughout this site to help you get started.
